Introduction
It is made of a lot of stamped corrugated sheet at a certain interval, sealed by gaskets around, and superimposed by the frame and compression spiral, the four corner holes of the plate and gasket formed a fluid distribution tube and a collection tube, while reasonably separating the hot and cold fluid, so that it flows in the flow channel on both sides of each plate, through the plate for heat exchange.
Working principle
The gasket plate heat exchanger consists of a set of metal plates with four corner holes on the plate for both hot and cold media to pass through. When assembled, A plate and B plate are alternately arranged, a network channel is formed between the plates, and the sealing pad seals the hot and cold media in the heat exchanger, while reasonably separating the hot and cold media without mixing. In the channel, the cold and hot fluid flow at intervals, can be countercurrent or along the flow according to the need, in the flow process of the cold and hot fluid through the wall heat exchange, so as to achieve the desired effect.
